Account & Listings
    •    Sellers may create an account and list products on SamNailSupply.com.
    •    Listing products does not obligate Sam’s Nail Supply to purchase or prepay for inventory.

Payment Terms
    •    Sam’s Nail Supply is not responsible for product costs on unsold items.
    •    Vendors are paid only for items that sell, per the agreed marketplace payout schedule.

Inventory Shipped to Our Stores
    •    Any product shipped to our physical stores remains the vendor’s property until sold.
    •    If a vendor cancels or discontinues, the vendor is responsible for arranging and paying for pickup/return of any unsold inventory from our stores within a reasonable timeframe.

Cancellations / Changes
    •    Please provide written notice for any plan cancellations or changes.
    •    Upon cancellation, vendors must promptly coordinate pickup of unsold inventory; storage/handling fees may apply if applicable.
